The parties united in the Center of Opposition’s Cooperation will observe the presidential elections on October 15, Arif Hajili, head of Central Executive Board of Musavat Party told APA. He said that the representatives of the parties had already appealed to the relevant election commissions. He underlined that 1000 people received certificate of observer.
