Former presidential candidate Gulamhuseyn Alibeyli met the head of OSCE Observation Mission for presidential election in Azerbaijan Boris Frlec. G. Alibeyli informed APA that returns of presidential elections, election process, counting of votes and other issues were discussed at the meeting. The OSCE representative took interest in the post-election activity of the neutral candidate. In his turn G. Alibeyli noted that there were certain law violations at the elections, but they had not seriously affected the election returns. He said that he will be engaged in party establishment after the elections. /APA/
