
The results of voting in eight polling stations were cancelled. Azer Sariyev, Spokesman for CEC told APA that ConECs had cancelled the results.
The results of voting in polling station # 15 of Salyan-Neftchala ConEC # 60, polling stations #10,29,59 of Fuzuli ConEC # 60, polling station #41 of Agsu ConEC # 87, polling station #29 of Berde ConEC #93, polling stations #27, 36 of Tovuz - Gazakh-Agstafa ConEC # 106 were invalid. In total, 57 760 electors participated in voting in these polling stations.
CEC Secretary Natig Mammadov told APA that the results of voting had been cancelled in these polling stations, because of non-determination of will of electors. Mammadov stated that ConECs had cancelled the results and would launch investigation on breach of law.
The results of voting in 694 polling stations of 115 ConECs were cancelled during presidential elections in 2003. It was linked with incorrect arrangement of protocols on the results of voting by PECs and other shortcomings that were able to influence the results. /APA/
